Anyone know what this beast of a tank is?
Hey Folks,
I inherited a HPA paintball tank from my brother (who bought it from someone), but I'm not sure what this beast is. I'm thinking of sending it in for hydro testing but would like some more info on it first. It is clear the manufacture is "Structural Composites Industries" and it is 3000psi. I'm pretty sure it may not even be a "paint ball" tank. Other then that I cant find a model number or size. I have included a link to pictures. If any of you with your expert eyes and google skills have any advice I would appreciate it.
Take a look:

Thanks for your help guys!

I can tell you one thing. It's Expired APril 2011. No more hydro available in the tank. Most tanks today have a 15 year lifespan

Thanks for the reply bronze. So this guy expired April 2011 and is no longer eligible for hydro testing? Just for my personal knowledge can you tell me were you found 2011 so I don't have to waste your time in the future?
Thanks again.

This picture here shows the original date of production or start of Hydro life. So 4-96. April 1996.

Its 16 years old. Tanks permanetly expire after 15 years. Its a paper weight now.

No no no, tabris. More creative ideas are to come. Can fill it with concrete and get a boat anchor; Be very effective with that size. Make it into a lamp, or decorative lawn art. A time portal for future generations, that's my person favorite.

Yeah, probably a 114/3000, or maybe as large as a 122/3000. No reg on it? Something else, you can cut it in half. See how thick the aluminum core is, and how thick the carbon fiber or fiberglass wrap is. Then use either or both as oversized ash trays.

You would want to seal up the fibers again though. You don't want loose carbon or glass fiber floating around and inhaling it.

Im putting the Hero back in Heroin.
I want your G6r parts and upgrades, sell them to me, because you wont get anything for them if you sell/trade them with the gun.
