That was our conclusion on AM, most enjoyed 300-400mg, except for mr.cooper69, but he has been playing with nootropics/stimulants for multiple years so his tolerance may be slightly higher, he doses 600mg.

Update
Took 300mg (6 caps) with a meal.
Noticeable increase in cognition, focus was through the roof. I did not have my morning coffee, which I was weary of. But the phenylpiracetam does have stimulatory effects which easily covered all the bases. It lasted for about 4 hours roughly, very enjoyable, overall sense of well being was great as well.
I will be doing 400mg (8 caps) tomorrow.

No noticeable difference from 300mg, increased cognition, focus, great sense of well being and overall energy.
This is the last dose til Monday, when I get back from vacation, I plan on dosing it with various racetams.

1000mg of TUDCA had slightly better (although not statistically significant) impact on bilary function than 750mg of UDCA. So in essence, TUDCA=UDCA in regards to efficacy. Whichever you can get cheaper. For me, that would be TUDCA.

Pharm-grade UDCA is quite pricey, but if you know where to get it RC-style you can certainly run it for moderately cheap.
