4 points for every player eliminated on opposing team
2 points for every player on such team not eliminated
20 points for flag pull
50 points for flag hang

This is correct.

2. Can any team put in more than 1 squad per division?
Yes. As long as Rookie teams are made of up rookie players.

3. Field paint only?
No, this is BYOP.

4. Using tubes to count paint?
Yes, only 10 round tubes will be allowed to COUNT PAINT AND LOAD PAINT. Extra 10 round tubes will be provided if needed. From the last event, players had some creative ways of putting several 10 round tubes into regular 140 round pods so they could use them to load on the field. Very cool!

5. Allowed to divide paint after check in before game starts?
Yes, once players have been checked in to the Staging Area, they can divide paint accordinly amongst teammates. But no exta paint can be brought in or taken out of the Staging Area. Any chrono requested from a player in the Staging Area will come out of his 60 rounds.
