We picked up a bunch of bunkers for a great deal. we have 30 odd blow ups but a few of them have tears and deflate really fast. It becomes a pain having to blow them up does anybody know how to repair them?
IF you have one really bad bunker and not really worth the time or effort to try and repair it, you can clean it up really well and use the material from that bunker as patch material for the rest of them. Then all you need is your adhesive.

Make sure you use HH-66 Vinyl Glue
Anything else will detoriate over time and yeild unsatisfactory results.

When ours are not worth repairing we just cut them open fill them with bottles sew them up and put them on the rentals field as extra bunkers.
As for repairing them we have tried lots of things: Duct tape(lol), Patches(From the manufacturer), as well as for small holes we tried SLIME(For tires)
So far the patches have done them best. They are also a lot more durable than the others.
use HH-66 Vinyl Glue.
I cut the hole a little bigger clean and patch from inside first (yes a pain) and then patch from outside. That way the air pressure pushes on the patch holding better then just pushing out. I have patched holes as big as a softball and held for years.It's sealed twice.
if the seams (where the parts of the bunker meet) are peeling will gluing them work? I have an entire set of bunkers that has been left outside but other than the peeling seems it is in good shape. If it is salvageable I'd love to save it, as it is a school owned set and we don't have the means to replace it.(and yes I'm looking through the stickies)
