You can't really use that argument. People with superior genetics and hormones (naturally) are always going to have an easier time. I.E your all American Athletes didn't get their from dieting correctly.

Absolutely agree, genetics do play the largest role. But if you're not gaining, than clearly you're not eating.

I was more refuting your claim that ectos don't exist.
That said, you gave this kid solid advice. Find a basic, well-written lifting program (WS4SB being my favorite), eat like you're getting ready to hibernate, see results.

well, right now im stuffing alot of carbs and protein.
maybe in a 2:1 ratio or 3:1 ratio
i am currently not following any specific training program, but training my upper body with heavy weights and bodyweight until i dontthink i can do it anymore, and try pushing it further.
have been gaining maybe 2kg in the last couple months
the thing i want now is some routines ^^
