Dispute with disturbed989. [Resolved] 333 temp banned.

I sold him a gun a few weeks back, 2 days after i shipped it, he reversed the payments, and i had to stop the tracking, that SOB

I NEED HELP DEALING WITH HIM!

I reversed payment 2 weeks after I sent it with plenty of warning if I didn't recieve a tracking number I would reverse payment. After I set it in motion you had 2 more weeks to respond to the PayPal dispute which you did not and they sided in my favor.

333 just tried to sell me the same gun, so it was clearly not shipped out.

edit: or he's trying to sell me a gun that is no longer in his possession. Either way, seems shady.

Nice photoshop. Since I "stole your gun" why are you still offering it to people and how am I supposed to find you if I never got your address.

Theft thread rules, post any and all screen shots of any and all conversations pertaining to any and all agreed upon deals.

pics of proof of paypal claims,shipping proof,tracking and insurance. without the proper information supporting your claim this thread may be closed.

OP, where is your shipping reciept? Tracking number? Pictures of delivery confirmation slip, insurance slip, shipping reciept?

Any evidence that you shipped?

How long was it after payment that you shipped?

And if you shipped the gun, the called usps and stopped shipping (I didn't know you could do that), Then why are you still offering your Ego? Since your saying disturbed has your gun right? Or are you saying you called USPS, stopped shipment, then had them return to sender, pay for return shipping, and now have gun in your posession.

Just trying to figure out your story, help us out here. Some eveidence is useful, your calling somebody a scammer, you need proof.

As long as Disturbed's on my squad, my job as his Coach and Captian is the keep an eye on problems like this. It affects our entire team if he did scam somebody.

Which is why I am here to make damn sure he did not.

And you can easily see that pm to him is photoshopped. Notice the white bar in the pic about 3/4 to the right.

Ummm. First off, I couldn't understand a word you just said, but I think I got the gist of it. Now, to the matter at hand.

333, the only real thing you're doing is pointing fingers at Disturbed. You're blaming Disturbed for "stealing" your gun. All of the actual proof we've received has come from Disturbed. Nothing except an allegation and a single pm of an empty threat has come from your side. Post up physical proof.

As Rudz said, where are the pictures of delivery confirmation slip, insurance slip, and shipping receipt? Where are the screenshots of EVERY pm? Where is the tracking number and date it was conceived?

These are things you MUST show us if you want us to believe you.

Also, for the record, can you explain the white line in that pm? I'm curious to know if Disturbed would really send a pm like that...

I've known disturbed on this forum for a loooong time. He is a gun whore and has made quite the business out of it through the years. He clearly has a system and a means of foolproofing everything about these transactions in case of instances like this. It's very obvious that 333 was trying to scam him, the screen shot is clearly photoshopped because of the white bar.

Disturbed has put too much time and effort into making this a business to screw it up over an Ego11, they're a dime a dozen

at this point I would expect/hope a mod would step in either by there own motivation or having been asked by either the op or the alleged scammer..

If the op hasnt offered anything past his alleged photoshop work ,if I were the accused I would ask the thread be locked,found bogus and title changed to take blame away from something that may not have really happend..

Also, disturbed, depending on what the mods think of all this, you can report the feedback you have as retaliatory. (Click on the little triangle next to the feedback on your feedback page) I would expect that it will be removed based on the evidence you have provided.

Yes I sent money on 5/31 waited to get a tracking number. Sent 3 pm's asking for it then he came back with the "I was out of town" I then told him if I didn't recieve tracking or the gun by 6/10 I would file a PayPal claim and get my money back. I filed a claim on 6/10 and he had 10 days to respond to the claim. He did not end up responding to the claim and it was closed in my favor on 6/21. He never once responded to me after that last pm saying he was going to expedite the gun.

edit: here is a pic showing the paypal claim and the duration it was open. as you can see it isn't closed in 2 days it took 11 days to close which was 3 weeks after he said he would ship it originally.
