I dont think anyone is sure what is going on with regulation and the pro spots for next year just yet....however that team does deserve to go pro in 09

The issue of relegation will have no impact on promotion.

The top 3 ranked Semi-Pro teams will be promoted. Those were Arsenal, Impact and MOD.

I am sure United could purchase a spot from someone if they were so inclined, though.
