Problem.
It's always been a problem in fact. I thought that it was that I hadn't gone to church in a while, so I started going weekly again. Then I thought God was still mad that I don't tithe, so that still has yet to help me. Maybe it's because I don't go to Sunday School anymore? Or God is mad that I'm Baptist and still dance and go against other beliefs? Here's the story
Back in november 2006, DP replaced my whole gun because I tried everything possible to stop chopping with no success. They've replaced my solenoid 3 times because it randomly blew out on me. I sent my gun in, and they said they looked at it top to bottom, and even upgraded my v1 detents. I went out when I received the gun again, and shot about 1000 empire ramp paintballs on 15bps ramp before my tourney 1 month ago. Come tournament day, and the first game, I started chopping my paintballs on ramp(it's a psp style tourney without the scoreboards). I threw that gun aside, and used my friends dm5 for the day. Last week I took out the gun again, and tried using it. At the chrono, it worked well for about 3 pod and a hopper's worth. On the 4th pod, it started chopping again on 15bps ramp. So I put that aside and use my shocker. One guy offered to fix it, and he disassembles the whole gun, and cleans it and stuff. It starts working when he runs paint through it. I get it from him, and bam, just starts chopping again. It's a pain in the ***. The gun works beautifully on semi, but chops on ramp. I need ramp for a reason. When playing in a PSP style of play, semi won't cut it, because it isn't as responsive, rof wise. I play back, so I'd like my gun to shoot equally fast as others, and then have my skills put me above the others. My Fusion can't do that
My gun runs at 250psi w/ the lpr turned until the gun shoots at 280-285fps
My gun hasn't worked for 3 full days, although I've had many tournaments and practices since then. Most of the time I've had a solenoid or the gun itself at DP.
My list of what I've tried:
-Changed batteries. Many times
-Checked eyes for damage. It's all good
-Detents are fine
-Varied my Empire B loader setting from 1-3 with no luck
-Varied OPR setting from 230-300psi, and adjusting the LPR likewise to shoot ~285fps
-Tried other regs. Empire reg, Detonator reg, CP reg
-Lubed ram, lubed lpr, check everything
-Break down the gun as a whole
-Checked the lip of the breech for possible sharp edges
-Had my detents upgraded with no success
-Replaced loader batteries, and tried a velocity and pulse rather than my empire b
-EDIT: My paint is great paint. Draxxus. The paint I used at my tournament was fresh fresh. Custom made with the tournament series' name printed on it(STARS), and delivered 4 days before the tournament, straight from Canada. I also recall that Empire Ramp is great paint.
Help me please get it working on ramp. As you see, I've tried everything in the book, read the manual, consulted DP many times, read the stickies. I know lots and lots about the Fusion, but seriously can't figure out this problem.

Empire B.
I think every day is Friday the 13th for my Fusion. I was about to get this gun annoed, but I had to call it off because it never works. No point in putting a non-working gun through anno. I don't like making guns show guns.

What force setting is the reloader b set to? You might try a setting the hpr to 275 instead of 250, I know its helped with another person who had their preasure set below 250 to start with...

Way ahead of you on that.
I always use setting 1. Tried setting 2 that day. And 3 is all hell broke loose.
I've tried setting my HPR originally at 230(what set it as when they sent it to me). Then 250. Then 275. Then 300.

If I had an extra fusion, I would trade either one of you just so I could see a broke fusion. Maybe I will pick up another fusion some time soon just to see if I can break it.

Ummmmmmmmm...................
I'm thinking its a bad circut board.
My thought process.......
1. Marker shoots fine in semi
2. Marker chops in ramp
3. No noid, or psi/fps problems......
Thinking its the circut board and the BIP setting isn't correct in the software.
This is how DP managed to get 25bps from the new circut boards.... they LOWERED THE BPS SETTING !!!! (this will be corrected on the new marker BTW)
I'd have DP change out the circut board.....(or get the Senario Dreams board)
Peace,
Rhino

I think your LPR is too high. Try lowering it. Zero out your regulators, and put your HPR to 200 psi, and raise your LPR till it sounds like it opening the poppit all the way, then turn 1/8 - 1/4 more to prevent shootdown. Then raise your HPR until you meet your desired FPS. This will get you the minimum kick, and less chops. I think you may have done this, but it doesnt hurt being more specific in how you balanced your LPR and HPR.

Yea the board may be shot. The eye logic could be corrupt as well, making the eyes malfunction at psp settings.
