ok check out what happend

i traded for an o3 awhile back
got it and the eye wire was pinched so it wouldent work.
sent it in OVER 45 DAYS PASS NO CONTACT

so i call them up , they say call next week, i call next week and " the guys in the hospital"

finally my dad calls and gets them to send it. it gets here , THEY DIDNT GIVE BACK MY CHARGER , THEY DIDNT GIVE BACK TOOLS , and the TRIGGER WAS STUCK and the battery DEAD


this is HORRIBLE and they are doing NOTHING to make things right , IMO dont deal with them , u happen to get a lemon and the coustomer service treats u like s$%t , my dad got hung up on TWICE

Send it into the Dallas facility if it is not working. We are no longer associated with OGI. We will service the marker at Odyssey.

well , its really too late now , my coustomer wants 400$ back that i dont have....

they are different companies.

it was an out of state order , i check it out after he had paid on his request , it needed to be sent back so i did , and now hes upset and i dont know what to tell him .....he called me a theif and liar even though i provided appropriate proof that i was doing my best to make this go thru for him , very frustrating
