For NCPA, you have to be a current, full time, degree seeking student...so, that wouldn't work. Though, if you're just looking to play there are plenty of teams in the STL area.

Riversplat in Moscow mills always has some pretty good scrimages. During the spring time or in April is probably when they may occur
