Situation : I paypaled this guy $15 dollars for a black delrin timmy bolt. After he recieves money, I get no responses, after a month of waiting, I filed a paypal complaint which returned me about $3.00, thats a fifth of what I paid!
Still to this day I get no bolt or response! I will keep an eye out for his threads, and warn the people who reply to his threads.

as far as i know your stories could be bs
its no longer a problem for me, but you request that i ask paypal to unlock your account, if they do that than this situation would be resolved for the both of us

but right now its not completely handled, just for me
