dont get a diedem get like a toxic imp/demon imp the are much better for the same price or get the 05

a diadem would kill a custom imp. its got break beam eyes, great manufacturing quality, is faster. go to www.actionmarkers.com and check out all the diadem videos, easily better than an imp, and the price is 600 for eyes and a vert reg, which is what it would be around for a stock imp with just that, the diadem is a much better buy. and i believe it gets better efficiency than an imp. to get a toxic impulse with vision (reflective eyes) and a fade ano (diadems come stock with one) it costs 1050, thats a lot more, and plus the diadem is lighter.

i personally dont care about looks if it outperforms the competition in its price range. plus i think it looks much better than the toxic imp that guy was comparing it to. i think the only thing in the sub 800 price range that would give the diadem a run for its money, would be the bushy. and if it makes any difference, im an impulse owner, and the features u get with the diadem for its price is great. especially the fact that you get a fade ano at no extra charge.

stock non-vision shockers are very disappointing. they are like matrices use to be, they need $300 in upgrades before they can be considered high end markers. plus they have so many problems from the factory it's rediculous. So since we are in the 600-700 range for a diadem, the price equivalent of a shocker which would be a stock non-vision couldnt even begin to hold it's own.

looks like xpaintball raised their price back up to $500

A lot of the online dealers have been getting heat from Odyssey to raise their prices back to their preferred level. I can only think of a few reasons why:

1. Smaller stores are undercutting the sales of larger stores that have kept prices higher. Odyssey will make more money from selling these guns to larger stores since volume of sales is higher--but if no one buys them because they can save $50-100 elsewhere, they will drop the product.

2. Odyssey wants the prices to be congruent across the board, and they want their dealers to make money.

3. Odyssey is planning on dropping the price to the dealers soon, and they want the change in price to seem more drastic when it happens, sparking more sales and more reorders. If current prices are only fetching a small profit for dealers, they will be less likely to change the price much when the cost goes down.

Just some ideas.
