as far as the nox bolt goes..replacing the buna with a urethane o-ring, are you reffering to the front o-ring towards the tip, or the one behind that considered to be the bumper o-ring?

thanks bud, looks great

edit: also, any-1 have any opinions, test, or information reguarding the ndz firing can and/or if any of the o-rings from that can from ndz need to be replaced with different sizes from the oem rebuild kit and/or stock firing can assembly? im tinkering with it now but upon opening the can the two piece o-ring was shredded and upon initial installation it has very bad bolt stick, even after upping the dwell to 16ms and fsdo to 20, just curious....

My luxe has a leak from the solenoid. If I turn the regulator adjuster more than three turns, I get a leak from solenoid and as I turn more, the leak gets bigger. I've changed all the o-rings on reg, bolt, solenoid, ..... I've also inspected the bolt and the body for any scratches and found nothing.
Any suggestions what I should do next?

I am referring to the sail o-ring. The o-ring that is further from the tip of the bolt. I have not had any experience with the NDZ can.

Try changing the o-ring that is between the grip frame and the body. Make sure to lightly lube the o-ring.

If you mean the oring between body and the grip frame where the air passage is, yes I've already changed that.

Need some help before I throw this thing somewhere...I have a very small leak coming out of the back of the bolt assembly. I have inspected and replaced the O-rings that the diagram points out as the cause of leaks out the back. I have done so like 7 or 8 times with no luck. Anyone out there got any advice..????

Check hpr to make sure it's not set too high. One of my Luxe's had it set high when I received it. It would only puff out of the back of the power core. I replaced EVERY o-ring in the marker including those in the hpr (cleaned hpr as well). After this only puff sounds, no "leak.".

I then would lower the hpr by small amounts and then pull the trigger. After a couple times of doing this the marker fired right up without further issues. Adjusted the hpr to 290.

if your talking about the back cap where the leak is coming from try changing
the small o-rings on the silver peice that locks the bolt in place on the marker.

Thanks but I did that already also. It seems now that the leak is coming out of the left side of the grip near the solenoid. I changed the o-ring on the top of the reg and most of the o-rings on the bolt assembly. The leak gets worse when I turn up the HPR but doesn't go away even if I turn it all the way down. Don't know if that helps or not but it's just something I noticed. Any help would be appreciated...Oh yea, it does have an ef rod installed if that makes any difference.

Take the EF Rod out of the Luxe and see if the marker is still leaking. It sounds like your HPR is over pressurizing causing the solenoid to vent. If so you need to shorten the length of the EF Rod.

It could also be the 15/90 o-ring on the top of the HPR. Try replacing and lubing that o-ring as well

It's doing the same thing now with and without the ef rod. And I changed and lubed the o-rings on the HPR.

^agree

Try lowering the HPR way down until it won't shoot then slowly bring it up. If it still leaks then most likely it is the 15/90 on the reg. It could be the little oring between the grip and frame body, too.

My luxe isn't leaking but it chews through air like nobody's business. Just firing it for a little bit in my room took it down from full (~4000 gauge) to half full (~2000 gauge).

I'm guessing this is something I can fix by adjusting dwell and pressure. Any suggestions?

Change the 2 o-rings located on the inside of the can. This should solve your problem.
