my stock feedneck got stuck on my egg and i ended up stripping the breech

Your best bet is starting out by removing all the orings in the feedneck, see how that fits, if its loose then put one back in and try again...so on and so forth. Then get a new feedneck as soon as you can.

personally the stock feedneck is horrible, but thats just me. ive seen eggs fit fine in the stock feedneck im preety sure all you gotta do is take out the orings in the feedneck but its always good to have a clamping there awesome feednecks. get the sp clamping those are nice.

you can do a couple things to the eggy...one....shave the feedneck...or 2....put normal (blowback) gun oil on the feedneck of the eggy and it should slip in and hold well but come out easily when needed.

thats what i did and it works wonders....

you can also remove any o-rings that cause problems.

i saw a way to make the stock feedneck clamping...its pretty simple if you see one....i've never had problems with my stock feedneck though...

you might have to sand the neck of the egg itself...do it very gently though

I did with mine, and I still have a hard time getting it in and out...so I'm buying a Q-lock next week.

take out all the o-rings inside the feedneck then put you egg n it should be pretty lose then get electrial tape and wrap it around the feedtube of the egg once and repeat until it fit snuggly

i had no problems with my egg or halo in the stock feedneck. but slightly lubing the orings does work really well.

why?

I don't see a reason for it, ok...people keep giving him answers, all seem to be pretty unique...also,it's a good reference threat for others having the same prob...insted of them making their own thread...
