yeah I thought that too but it doesnt look like a dm no lpr and the milling looks different so its either a rail or an NT but im not sure. Looks like dye might be rolling with multiple new releases this year DAM,Dm13, ?NT13?, Reflex and PMR
thats what i thought too but look at the picture the background isnt distorted nor is the gun itself distored as well. it doesnt have the dm windows the only thing thats different in appearance is the backcap. i think we may have to wait till cup to see what this is.
has anyone else seen this post in the paintball news thread- new dm13
"For 2013, Dye Precision is rumored to be releasing a new Dye Matrix. With Dye being very secretive with their new released, information on this paintball gun will not be released until PSP World Cup 2013. We will be sure to post pictures as soon as we arrive at PSP World Cup near the end of October.
Rumored Changes-
-New Bolt System
-Rear Velocity Adjustment
-LCD Screen
-Hose less design

this is what someone has posted about in the news thread about the new dm13. hmmm dye could be holding back or just a ranbom person trying to confuse you....I/we wont know till cup, and i will be the first or first couple people at the dye tent at cup on thursday scooping the place hard.
I think Dye shrunk the windows because possibly dirt/dust/sand could work its way inside and cause scratches to the sleeve (at least that is what I thought when I saw how the sleeve worked)
And I do not really see how Dye could improve upon the DM platform. And maybe from a business aspect, Dye doesn't want to change to much of the vital internals of the DMs because then parts would become outdated and Dye would have to come up with and manufacturer completely new parts (which will cost a chunk of change) compared to having the same internal parts for several years and being able to produce more of the same part over a longer time equating to more high profits and low production costs. just imo
