I was using that as an example.

yes its all good that you have or do eat those healthy foods with your meals, but smitty is right by saying you are lacking protein. eating some quality protein will greatly decrease the amounts of carbs/sugars that you eat (im assuming you do because you are snacking on cookies, correct me if im wrong). berries have fiber and some good vitamins, but eating them by themselves is kind of useless unless you couple it with something that has more to it. like oatmeal and berries/banana are good a good combo for breakfast, but having 2 cups of blue berries and then having a heaping bowl of frosted flakes is not so good. you can't be eating terrible if your 140lbs (assuming your between the heights of 5'4"-5'10") but you could be eating better if you claim to have flabby areas. cutting down your carbs to about 100-200 grams a day will mean that you will be eating more meats and veggies (be sure to eat enough calories though) to substitute which should promote fat loss if your exercising.

Something makes me doubt that's all you eat. Getting good things like those is great, don't get me wrong, but if it's not balanced with other nutritious things it can be null and void.

Chicken, Whey Protein, Eggs...all good sources of protein.

fish is very high in protein and low in fat also
you said you dont like wheat bread: u think they make some kind of white wheat bread or like enriched white bread idk exactly but you could look into it.

for strength if you cant lift do push ups (you said you want to work your chest more-- put your hands a couple of inches wider and it will work more chest, in closer will work more triceps), and make sure to get full range of motion, find somewhere to do pull ups, do squat jumps, and make sure to do some core exercises also
