I pay ~15 for a kilo on SP. Brand isnt all that important, just get the cheapest monohydrate you can find. No real sense in cycling it either IMO. I just load the first week and ride 5g/day

Just looked at MuscleHQ's deal today. Syntha 6 "Lean Muscle" protein, 200cals for just 22g of protein. The **** is supposed to be lean about that, lol. BRB, 25% of cals a re fat.

Thoughts on NO Xplode? I've read reviews and it seems like it's a solid product. I don't know anything about supplements but I've realized that I've been working out hard for a long time and it seems that my body just can't make any gains at all.
