I really don't see why a professional player would attempt to use a cheating board since they are most likely the division that receives the most scrutiny from officials when it comes to legalities of rules. They may be the group that has the best access to cheating equipment but I personally wouldn't want to push it. Personally though if I was wanting to use cheating boards I would be using it in a lesser division where it would most likely fly under the radar of officials.

2009 las vegas, arsenal lost the NPPL series because they got a bouncing gun penalty, and bob-long guns are notorious for bouncing. It is still very much an issue
Edit: shouldnt have said bob's guns are notorious for bouncing, ive just seen way more BL guns bounce then from any other manufacturer
