Our tournament field improvements are nearly complete.

Once completed we'll have:

Two pits - one at each end (side end) of the field - instead of two in the middle

One pit will be raised up to the level of the field

The extra width for a regulation size PSP field

dedicated staging area for x-ball teams


We just need to rake out the ground a little to get some rocks out and level it out a bit before laying down the extra turf for the sides.

If the weather holds out later in the week we might be able to complete it on Saturday.

Very exciting, it is actually supposed to be nice out every day this week except for saturday lol

Just waiting on some replacement parts for one of the pit awnings - got trashed during a windy night before we had a chance to tie it down.

New Pits (near each end of the field - Home pit is level with the playing field)
New (x-ball only) staging area
Wider field
New bunkers (on their way - not sure of ETA yet)

Still to be added:
Scorer's tower
Pit monitors and time out / conceed button
Built in tables for each pit area

very impressed with how its turning out, that red turf cut a few of us up pretty good though lol, im sure it just need to be broken in.

I guess we shouldn't have put the new turf over there - we had the choice of older red turf or new pieces - we went with new piecing thinking it would look nice.

Sorry to hear about that - we'll keep an eye on it - if we need to swap it out we will.

nah don't bother, getting a little roughed up is a part of the sport lol. After a couple more times of playing on it im sure it will wear in enough, and it does look pretty cool down the sides.
