Strong use of 15 months btw.
Start back in September: 5'3" 120 lbs:
2 Months in (after about a month of just p90x and then mono for all of October) 130lbs:
Now after 7 moths of actual lifting 155lbs:
In 7 months of lifting (November->Now)-
Bench: 115x6->185x5
Dead: 185x4->315x5
Squat:135x4 quarter reps->245x6 atg
*OH Press: 70x6-115x8
For both squat/dead those are raw unbelted and not what I would call even max efforts.
*OH Press I had the most exp with from doing it with dbs for p90x. Also, OH Presses max effort is from a month ago haven't tried to throw up a pr in it for awhile.
