Hope to be putting up 500 not too long from now.
Also, physical test sunday. Need to do a 300m in under a minute, 35 pushups, 40 situps, then run a 1.5mi in under 13:30

I thought I would have to, but it is making the injury heal fast as ****. I'm still avoiding extensions due to the pressure they put on the knee, otherwise it's all systems go.

Did p90x yesterday and when I finished the only thing running through my mind was "**** this"
Woke up and had a salad with a whey shake. Feeling good and about to do it again today. First time I have actually had motivation to better myself

This is specifically for lifting only? I have never posted in the fitness thread before so I apologize.
I probably won't be lifting until after my p90x though. I've never had enough motovation and had a little bit of anxiety walking into a gym just because I can't lift or bench like anyone especially for my age (23). But thanks for pointing that out
