PbNation has been more than just a simple forum for over a decade. We've become part of the industry, ingrained in the culture of the game and the world's leading source of information about paintball. None of that would be possible if it wasn't for you. Players around the world have contributed their insight and knowledge to make this site what it is today. This new homepage will allow us to spotlight important and interesting paintball information better than ever without actually changing anything about the forum we all use.

Please, let us know what types of information you would like to see on there. Since almost every content block will link to a thread, feel free to post links in this thread to specific items of interest you want to see featured.

I don't know if this was intended for fixes, but it would be great if this fixes the search bug on subforums on iOS devices. The "search this forum" allows for a single character input before the search box disappears.

I really like this idea and the home page. I would maybe put trending videos, news, and threads in separate feeds so it is not a mess of unrelated links. As much as I sell on this website, I am somewhat opposed to a B/S/T thread being linked with picture. A small, scrolling reader, like the one on top of the home page, would be good for popular B/S/T threads.

If you unmaximize the window and re maximize the window in chrome it goes to single file posting. Might need to look at that.

I've seen this happen a couple of times, but I can't seem to reliably recreate it in Chrome on OS X or Windows.

Edit: Figured out how to recreate it, I'll see if I can figure out how to fix it.

I kind of like it.. But the randomness of all the stuff makes my head spin. Like everything is just thrown up randomly and inconsistently.

Maybe put things in order and group them by category so I'm not being bombarded with all this seemingly unrelated stuff all at once?

Also I don't really like the BST threads being on the main homepage with pictures.. I can see a lot more ***-hattery happening just to be on the homepage frequently.

Not liking the way the page loads on mobile. It's slow which I can probably deal with, but the page loads like a tumblr page does, where it auto loads more as you scroll down. Meaning you can't use the links at the bottom of the page at all until you've hit the end. At least this is how my phone behaves. Running a Droid Charge with Tweaked 3.1 and the newest kernel from samsung. Standard droid browser.

And yes, there will be a randomness to the Homepage content. However, new items will get added to the top and the older content blocks will move down the page so there will be more order in the form of an ongoing timeline of paintball highlights.

Actually, it's set to only load a certain amount of articles (in this case 3 pages worth * 10 articles each) before it shows you a "Load More" button. This might need to get tweaked a bit if 30 articles is really that tedious to scroll through.

(Also, there aren't really any links at the bottom of the page you'd use under normal circumstances)
