My dad ordered an Evil Omen 2.0. Today was his second time playing with it and apparently the threads for his barrel were messed up. When you screw the barrel in, it is very loose and falls out. I traded barrels with him and mine stayd in his gun but his barrel fell off of mine (at first it stayed in) in the middle of a game.
We tried wrapping Teflon Tape around the threads to see if that would help them stay on.... it didn't. Any suggestions on how we could fix this? And this gets covered under the warranty right? So we can ship it in and get a new one. But tomorow we were planning on going to the field to play, so any suggestions on getting this fixed would help. Thanks

Sounds like evil sent the wrong threads (the driver is made with other than autococker style threads)

Hmmm I think they are Autococker threads because they were fitting before. Then today I guess when he tightened it all the way it might have stripped the threads. It wasn't loose until he got into the field.
And locktite? Isn't that going to make the barrel stuck in he gun... We may have to go out and get the pipekit. We were thinking about it anyway. But that was kinda weird.
Yes, the O-ring is still there. WE wrapped teflon tape around it, then electircal tape, screwed it in, then wrapped one layer of electrical tape to keep it on. That seemed to work
Hahahah, nothin better I can think of... Better than welding it on. Tomrow we are gonna go get a evil pipe kit so we can play without looking like that. It actually didn't look that bad. Just a piece ofelectrical tape on it.
Well, I was gonna get a pic posted on here... but I couldn't get the threads focused right. Oh well... My dads are less deep then mine.. Other than that, the threads look intact, just not deep.
