first and foremost, what happened to ollie? granted his contract was up and everything, why did he choose to completely up and leave the team he put his all into and the company as well? Dye was always known as "ollie lang and billy wing".

I don't really have a question. Just a statement:
Solid dual burrito toss at that fat *****. Nicely placed, you could have went a bit harder on that second hit though.
Also, are aesthetics are mandatory on the men?

I have a few gear questions that i have seen several people discussing in other threads that I think some people would like to know.
1.) How did Billy mod the i3pro visor to fit the i4s?
2.) How do you run your NTs, inserts/spacers, etc.?
Kyle, thanks for starting a thread where people can ask questions.

why would they ever ever ever do that, if the ironmen is a purely dye team that is owned by Dave Youngblood the owner of DYE? I just dont see that ever happening without a major name/roster/ownership change, and that would form a totally different team.

First of all, I would like to send my support to you guys. You are a great team and have proven yourselves time and again from the days of ironkids till now.
The question that i have is, i would loke to know if possibly next season you might have opennings on the roster? Its been a goal of mine to play along side professionals. Thanks guys

Ironmen have 2 players LJ and Ryan Martin doing a clinic on 7/15.
Pit help the team always needs at events. If you happen to be at a PSP event hit up Mike Pax. He is the guy on the team that handles the pit crew.
As far as tryouts go. For the most part Ironmen do tryouts on an invite sort of deal. The team is always looking for solid players. Keep grinding and with any luck you will get noticed. When the team is practicing at CP come on by and introduce yourself.

Not sure if I can post the web site here. If you go to the web site that hosts the web cast, you will find the post of the practice schedule.

Kyle,
As a captain of my team I am trying to get better quality practice for my boys. What drills work best for you? How do you get all the team members on the same page? How do you make the choice of where and when to place players, during an event do you have different lines when you play PSP? How can I get my guys to close out and move up the field better. I play snake what snake drills, practice things do you work on? DO you enforce things like showing up for practice, reffing events, tourneys . Do you have consequences for not making it to practices, participating in drills, exercises? Is there any clinics that you guys do across the country? Our team is out of Indianapolis. I guess my final question is how much of a bad *** do you have to be to tryout for one of these pro teams?
Thank You, Shawn

To whom it may concern;
I was also curious about drills and how to improve practices. I would like a listing of what drills to do and how to build team unity.
Secondly, do you have an email for the pit crew? I would like to help Ironmen at world cup.
thanks
George
