There will be a Reality show filmed at OFF Limits Paintball. One of the things that will come of this is a charity tournament.

The executive producer of the show is Melissa Caudle. She has worked on shows such as "The little couple." and "Girls Next Door".

This tournament that goes on during this time will be televised. This is a great opportunity for those with sponsors to show off their sponsors, for those without sponsors to maybe get some attention, and those who want to play on TV to play on TV.

A lot of this is still in the works. There will be a pre-tournament party hosted at Phoenix Underground in Shreveport, LA. (Must be 21 to get in. sorry to those who are not). There will be entertainment provided above and beyond the extraordinary entertainment already provided by Phoenix Underground.

All of the Details are still being worked out, but I do know that the tournament is scheduled for November 19 & 20. The deadline to register will be Friday, Nov 11.

There is a Tv show being filmed in elm grove La ( out side of Shreveport) @ Off Limits Paintball.

Official Filming does not start till Oct 1. Right now they are gathering footage for Trailers are promotions.

Film crews want to capture a little of the tournament scene for promotional (and possible production) purposes, so we need tourney ballers who are willing to set the standard on film! As with all scrimmages, sportsmanship is a must! There will be no air charge for this event only. Because it's Sunday (gun-owners day), there will be no FF either. Just pay for paint ($50 for scrimmage paint, $60 Formula, or $65 for Evil). Come support your sport!

The Red Army is looking for players who will fight for the Motherland and give the Axis forces a defeat that they wont soon forget.

The Battle for Stalingrad began in August of 1942 and lasted until the first of February 1943. The Germans began their attack with a large bombing raid that left most of the city in ruins.



After a few months of battle, the Germans captured 90% of the city and were along the banks of the Volga.

On the 19th of November 1942, the Soviets launched Operation Uranus, the first major counter-offfensive by the Russians. This counter attack changed the tide of the battle and opened the Germans to further attack by the Red Army.

Zombie Apocalypse Scenario Game

April 7, 2012
Gates open at 8, game play starts at 9:30am - 5:00 pm

Story:

Everyone has different thoughts on when the world will end, some pick important dates like the year 2000 or 2012 with the end of the Mayan calendar, but they were all wrong. I say this year 2026 is the year, but not everyone agrees that the world has ended. One thing we can all agree on is that things are drastically different. Here is what has happened and I'll let you come up with your own opinions.


I awoke on Monday morning just like I always do, got ready for work and headed out the door before the family woke up. About 10 minutes after leaving the house I noticed there was a lot less traffic than normal. I start to wonder why there are only a few cars on the interstate and start flipping through the radio to find nothing but prerecorded garbage on. I make it to my office in downtown Oklahoma City just as the sun starts to rise and have only seen maybe 20 people so far. I'm now starting to think maybe it's actually Sunday morning or a holiday and I'm just an idiot for coming to work.


For the sake of keeping everyone's sanity I'll fast forward and just tell you what was going on. 6 years ago the medical community indorsed and started recommending a cure all vaccine called UVS or Universal Vaccine Serum. This vaccine would vaccinate you against all the normal things (Small Pox, TB, Hepatitis, ect) as well as the most common influenza strains. As you can expect most of the population wanted to get UVS, especially since it could be used as a booster for vaccines you already had. It was taken by about 85% of the modern world and was so cheap to produce that it had a 60% adoption rate in the developing countries. Little did we know UVS contained a zero day virus. A zero day virus was something we thought only existed in the computer world, we were wrong.

Sometime during the night of April 7th everyone that had received UVS died, suddenly and quietly. If they had only died then I would just say that was the most tragic night in the history of the world and not the beginning of the Apocalypse. They all came back as the typical Hollywood zombies we used to love and make fun of in movies. Let me tell you, it's not nearly as fun in real life as it looked on the big screen.


Those of us that didn't take UVS are all that left. Our numbers were few to begin with and we lost a lot of us in the beginning before we knew what was going on. Now it all out survival mode for us. There tow major ways people are dealing with this. They either isolate themselves from everyone living and otherwise or band together with others and try to survive together. I personally prefer to have someone watching my back and helping me gather supplies.




Zombie Objectives
Seek out sources of food and consume them
Take over any Human controlled forts


Human Objectives
Occupy defensible positions
Gather Food
Keep Food Stockpiles safe





Game play:

9:30 am - 3pm constant game play to control flag stations and gather/destroy food supplies. Instant re-spawns from dead zones. Flag counts and food counts every 30 min.


3:00 - 3:45 Prep for Final Battle


3:45 - 5:00 Final Battle - Attack and Defend of the City, Attackers will be which ever side has the most points from earlier in the day. Attacker win by planting 3 flags in the center of the city by 3 different players. If a flag is captured by a defending player it will be taken out of play for 15 min and put back into play at a random location. Re-Spawns will take place every 10 min.

PLAYER CLASSIFICATIONS:
Rookie- Player has played 3 or less tournaments and only in a beginner division.
Open- Player has played more than 3 tournaments or has played 1 tournament in a division higher than beginner.

FORMAT:

Open: Modified Race-to Format.
Race to 3. 8 minutes on the Clock. 2 minutes between points.
Top 4 teams Advance

Rookie: Single Game Round Robin
3 minute games.
Top 4 teams Advance
Best 2 of 3 in Semis and Finals

PAINT:
FPO
regular - $45
premium - $55

PRIZES:
BASED ON 8 TEAMS MIN.
Open-
1st Place - $600 CASH!!!
OR $1200 ECLIPSE GEAR
2nd Place - 4 cases Paint!! + 1/2 off entry at the next event
3rd place- Eclipse T-shirts + 25% off entry at the next event

BASED ON 6 TEAMS MIN.
Beginner-
1st Place - $400 Eclipse Paintball Gear
2nd Place - $200 Eclipse Paintball Gear + 1/2 off entry at the next event
3rd Place- Eclipse T-shirts + 25% off entry at the next event

PRIZES WILL BE ADJUSTED DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF TEAMS.

GUN MODES:
NEW: Capped to PSP OR SEMI CAPPED AT 12.5 balls per second.
Make sure you're gun's are set before the tournament as the refs will not provide assistance!

The sooner the better-
Best way to register is in person and in cash.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE/REFFING:
Captains meetings - 9:00 am
Games start - 9:30 am
Tournament will be run and reffed by Duke City Coalition, an experienced group that has successfully reffed, ran, and organized 10+ paintball tournaments.

Southwest Open Event 1(Held on Feb. 12th, 2012) Had 9 Teams in Open division and 9 teams in Rookie Division.
Southwest Open Event 2(Held on April 1st, 2012) Had 9 Teams in Open division and 7 teams in Rookie Division.
NO Coalition team or players will be playing this event.

B&E CUP 2012 3 Man Race to 2 Series

You have all been asking me to bring back the B&E Cup Series!
Well here it is!!!!
This years Series will be made up of 3 Events all of which are being held at Wild World Paintball in Tonti Town Arkansas.
The series is Open Class. But don't be scared people its a 3 man!

Event #1 - Saturday May 12th
Event #2 - Sunday July 22nd
Event #3 - Saturday September 8th

Entry Fee is $100 per Team
Paint is $40 per Case (GI/Procaps)

For all you Dallas guy check out the LAPL in Shreveport LA. this is going on in just 2 weeks. So if you want to check out a cool series out side of the same TX teams then bring your A game to Louisiana to fight it out.
