Picked up a laptop with Windows 8 about a week ago. It's not terrible, but it takes some getting used to. I would have much preferred they stuck with the same format as Windows 7, but I'm getting better at using it.

I already have a desktop I built 2 years ago, just looking for a cheapy 400-500$ laptop that I can use at school and when I'm at the rents and such. My laptop im using now is on the verge of suicide and don't have the luxury of ordering one on the internet and waiting. Any suggestions on a decent cheapy laptop are welcome.
