I don't know how to pose for ****. LG bulking, stuck at 190 for the past month. Need to eat moar. Probably won't cut till May now, if at all. May just switch from a strength routine to a hypertrophic one.

thanks buddy. chest is and has always has been my major weak point. looks **** in photos always because my chest is actually somewhat good sized just very broad and flat, extends to my shoulder. as I lean out its more prominent. fly's till i cry

but srs, watch some bodybuilding videos and look at the poses they do and try to do the same. Start posing without a camera in the mirror, then add the camera. also, camera timers help a lot lol

from what i can tell you have a solid base to work with, keep lifting heavy and stuffing your face with good food

Post workout. Flexing due to beer weight compensation. 6' 0", 184.9 lbs this morning and my ***** made weight watchers scale says 22.2% bf. I believe it. Dick v is coming in strong.
