Speaking of weight loss, I lost 7 pounds and have gained back 2 this week.
Probably 70lbs of fat to go and 15 lbs of muscle to gain.

Yeah pretty much but I kinda add in fluid weight to fat weight. I know it isn't right but oh well. I wanna be at 205 and comfortable with my muscle level when I go to do a GoRuck challenge. That's my goal and to eventually do a heavy in early 2015 and then a selection in late 2015.

Shooter, I'm planning on getting a sharpmaker for my birthday/christmas, whether I have to buy it for myself or ask for it. But first, are there any other companies that make a similar product, but cheaper (and still good)?

Lansky makes a good system in that price range. It's a clamp system to which is better than the sharpmaker in that regard. However the drawback is that you have some limited angles to work with.

the pens have an excellent chance to go to the cup. if crosby and everyone else stays healthy all season i would be surprised if they dont. the other teams...not so much.
cup: pens v. kings. i think chicago is better in the west but quick is just a freak in the post season at goalie
