for those wondering and wanting to use the full screen slide show I posted above, it does not handle portrait oriented images well, it's been stated in the dgrin forum to use landscape, otherwise, your portrait images will be expanded to fill the frame.

My replacement laptop battery came in today. 12 cell OEM no-name brand off of eBay. 3 year warranty and all that, pretty happy with it. Now I hope it at least holds up to other 12 cell benchmarks.

Glad it came in today too, since my girlfriend decided to literally drag her laptop's charger down 12 stairs and wonder why it made "pop" noise when she plugged it in. ...women...
