C. Raise dwell until it works, if inconsistance, faulty solenoid or sticky ram
D. 1. Hammer is draging on hose or wire or...
2. Ram O'ring failure,
3. Body has been hit hard enough to indent, hits bolt and slows bolt down. Note around back of gun, at the top where it's cut away for the bolt pin.
