i work out to stay healthy which in turn helps my play, but i dont "train" per say

I've always been going to the gym, but since my love for mixed martial arts lately is dying..i've changed my training routine a little more geared toward paintball. A little less strength training, I still keep the circuit training and plyometrics though. I also now do a lot more sprints and Weaving drills and basically stuff I learned from basketball and soccer practice in high school as the quick running and stopping is somewhat similar. That's about it.

I guess you could say me running past my couch (and pissing of my girlfriend) pretending to shoot at the corner of the wall is somewhat training.

p.s. I don't play tourney ball though, but I take paintball seriously as a game. Much like if you only played pick up basketball on weekends, but you still practiced outside of weekends so hopefully the next weekend you play better and get picked more often...etc.

play we have are own field and just make up some plays then play with each other when we have mastered them invite people to play there with up and ask them about the plays we made up!

I work out and walk a lot, but not necessarily for paintball, although it does help. I just like staying in shape, but being in shape DOES help you play paintball better. You can run faster, dive better, stay in wierd positions longer, and have better stamina.

I train, but it's for baseball, not paintballing. Mostly a lot of core excercise stuff. All kinds of different ab workouts, different kinds of pushups, and once or twice a week I go to the gym and work out each muscle of my body with some weights. Mostly body weight excersises though. I also ride my bike anywhere from 3-10 miles every day I get the chance. That has really helped with my endurance and has also built up my legs.
