phantom, that is correct, would work fine in a FASOR or blowforward, but any kind of dual acting ram would need a noid with two outputs.

Is there a specific UL frame I need to use or will any work? Got one lying around from a PM6 I'd like to use.

I'm pretty sure the UL frame that people are using is meant for the PMR.

PM6 will work with a tray. Coud have someone make you a tray/asa piece that matches up with your body and your pm6 frame will fit right in.

I believe PMR frames work without a tray. Same for PM5 frames. Somebody keep me honest, though.

PM5 frame wont work. The pmr frame works because it has more material above the trigger guard/ back of frame.

Depends on your milling. Get him to figure out how much metal youd need to make it work. Then just kinda 'bolt' it on the bottom of the body and use the good ol imagination to think of how much could be removed where to make the frame you want work.
A frame/asa piece would look good IMO.

FINALLY!
Found a decent priced UL frame. Now I'm waiting on the bank to move some money into paypal so I can buy it.
Sooo,
Who can mod it?

So i have this angel LCD vasa, It lines up just fine. Mine however apparently is cross threaded. How a asa can get cross threaded is beyond me. I guess that's how it ended up in the scrap box at the shop I worked at.
That said, there is a VASA option for you guys. I need to take that out of my parts sale thread....

You could just have that VASA drilled out if it lines up. There are threads in the body and that is all you would need. The cocker VASA doesn't have threads.

the threads for the reg are cross threaded -_- .. The asa is pretty much the same as a cocker/macdev/blah/blah... Just has a alignment pin in the a different place.
IDK how that would happen.
Honestly, it seems like the hole was made too big before it was threaded. If that makes sense. Like there isn't enough meat in the threads to keep the reg threads on track.

Sorry I misread the first post, no idea how people make those mistakes with the cross threading.

ya, I assume it was one of the non paintball, non mechanically inclined people that had worked at that shop. They probably put it on for a customer and messed it up then just boxed it back up and put it under the counter.
