I can't see any knicks or damage to threads and after removing the O-ring it still isn't threading all the way. It starts to thread goes about halfway on and then sticks even with lube and without an O-ring.

Nope outdoor. 3 of the fields have lights and 3 don't. They open at 4 and all the fields are playable until 8:00. After that we stick to Airball and the 2 others. The fields are pretty well lit, but I bring a flashlight to find pods tossed off the field.

Damn dude. I was stationed at the sub base in Bangor, WA (close to you now), and my last duty station was at 32nd street in San Diego but I lived in Temecula. Small world!

That was when I was stationed at 29 Palms back in 2003-07. I traveled all over Cali playing anywhere and everywhere there was a field.

Have you tried pushing the front into the back while turning? My barrel only screws in if I do that

First field I ever played on was in Tacoma, WA. I think it was McCord Air Force Base. Loved that area, but it sure did drizzle a lot (not rain really just a constant drizzle).

I was there until 2005, but from July 2003 to May 2005 I was not playing but physical therapy instead. Mostly on Camp Pendleton with true heroes with combat injuries and I was there because I got run over by a truck.
