maybe you should sticky this post (the reason not all the people below). then list all the teams that play Pro and dont have forums here.
They will either ask for a forum and come to an agreement or they will not ask for one and people will have a sticky' thread explaining there answer to the same questions that get asked 10x a day.
I know Aftershock/Ironmen/Dogs are pretty big teams that dont have forums here. Just thought i'd toss it out there as an idea.

lol...read the top post. and the dogs do have a forum. but good job researching before you make yourself look like an idiot on these forums...just go throw yourself in front of oncoming traffic.
All of the teams that have their own forum on PBN have contacted the staff of PBN and requested a forum. They have also agreed to actively post on their forums and uphold the standards and rules of PBN. Only after doing that, will a team get their own forum. PBN does not go out and contact teams and ask them if they would like a forum, teams must contact PBN. So that is why your favorite team does not have their own forum.
We don't just hand out team forums to every team out there. They come to us.
