Sounds like the spring inside isn't catching the back trigger screw. Make sure it's aligned correctly so it's pushing on the spring and that should return it forward.

With the eyes maybe not working, try adjusting out the top trigger adjustment screw. It could be its moved over time and it's not allowing the magnets to get close enough. Try it with the adjustment screws out, giving you a lot more trigger movement. Once you've confirmed it's working, gradually tighten them until you have it where you want it. If you can put blue loctite on them, that should stop them moving so easily.

Oh also make sure the magnet is still on the front trigger screw and that it's not loose.

So with the eyes off everything functions 100% but when you turn the eyes back on it fails to fire? If so, sounds like the main board has an issue. First try resetting to defaults and if that doesn't help you'll need to contact Kee to replace the board.

If you need to do something quicker, I can recommend the APE Rampage board. Water proof, no safety shots, very configurable.
