the wifes tmobile phone had a problem connecting to the internet and it doesnt say 3 or 4 g signal its just bars. So she called up tech support hes going through some trouble shooting stuff. so i tell her to make sure he has her save the pictures to the sd card ( we had alot of the baby pics on there) He tells her that she doesnt need to worry about that. I tell her to have him do it anyways id rather be safe. he assures her that it wont be effected. sure enough all baby pics gone and phone still doesnt work. The dude tells me I can pay $100 and up my contract for 2 years for a new galaxy s3 lol. I tell him that if i deleted his baby pics then asked him for a 2 year contract and $100 i hope hed look me in the eyes and tell me to go **** myself. After that I got a supervisor in accounts retention. The lady was helpful and got me a replacement phone (since it was still under warranty anyways) a free sim card and $50 credit for the trouble. sucks but she did what she could. But it did take about 2.5 hours with all the tech calls and customer service ****. verizon is faster.

Mines you know if bounds is gonna screw you he prob doesnt care if you tag him in a facebook post that he can just remove right gotta work on them patience my man

tried to ship something out to a customer and the address he gave me he forgot to put the street number i just cut and pasted his address and shipped it out. Now it looks like its coming back to me

Just pm me when you have issues like that, sometimes it's easy as a new SIM card. Remember to take out the SD card whenever you run into these issues with the phone because sometimes it can corrupt the software and end up corrupting the sd card. Glad they kind of fixed your issue
