Freak bored the progressive too, that's a nice touch.

This project and the other relay on an ion project really make me want to pull my version of this project back off the shelf.

....errr, well it was a good thing I was willing to give out details or you would of never seen punishers thread of how to do the mod

- Don't get me wrong, I don't mind you selling it as a service for people who are too lazy or want a professional job, but you could at least tell people how its done in case they want to give it a go themselves. Also, I tried contacting you on mcb asking for some advice with this mod, I'm now guessing you have ignored that to help keep details away from the public??

For those who want to know how to do it, they can check out my thread on PBnation here: https://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3892279

....or they can also check out Punishers thread on mcb here: http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/c...-progress.html

although I recommend they still go to super_stanchy, as his work is by far the best!

Especially when you arent really using an original design. Looking at this thread for about 5 seconds would show anyone with the ability to do this, the way to do it. Not that difficult, especially since all the Ions input and output air channels are hoses with banjos.

i didnt say it to be a dick...

i said it because i say it 10 times a day and 5min or research you can find the answer

no its not a hard concept, look at the fittings needed, look at the size of everything, go for it

6 years ago I asked Noxx55 a question... "How do I Pneumatic Assist a mech cocker?" His response was "if you have to ask, you shouldnt do it" to this day, thats how i've approached stuff, and how everyone should, give it a few min of thought and research, and it will work

I have build threads on SSCfb, PBN and MCB

I cant get mcb to work... so I havnt been on it since before thanksgiving I think... Im not ignoring you, I just cant get it to work, Im on pbn and fb daily.

Im happy to help, I am, but why should it be spoonfed? work for it, pm me and say i have the parts and it leaks from X or Y or I cant get it to fit together and i'll give you my input, without hesitation

I appreciate the help from both deallen and Stanchy for helping with my build, couldn't have done it successfully with others advice.I've tried to help a few others do this because of their ideas and help
There's alot more than meets the eye with this build, fittings, leaky grub screws, strong mounting points, hose routing etc.
Mine was done with Dremmel and drillpress,if I had more money than time I'd pay Stanchy to build me one
Btw anyone looking to do this and aren't afraid to chop up a NDZ Scorpion frame it appears the Relay will fit on the milled dovetail on the frame(not measured). There's also WAY more space than most frames inside

I'm sorry but that Noxx55 does sound like a dick. If your tired of people always asking how you did it but also happy to help, then do what me and Punisher have and write a detailed build thread which you can link people to.

I probably overreacted and what you said is fair enough, but it annoys the hell out of me when people keep their methods secret, especially with a concept which wasn't their idea to begin with. It just stifles ingenuity which is the whole reason I try to promote this mod as much as possible. Its already developed a lot since I did it (by yourself and punisher) so the more people who try it the better it will get.

Lets face it, although its a simple enough build not everyone has access to the equipment you do (those who do will easily work out how its done and do it themselves) so you'd still be able to offer this as a service. Hell if I lived in the US I would have been in contact asking you to do mine for me your works so good!

i agree, but i dont have time to go find the links
sending 200 emails a day takes up most of my online time

yes what noxx said was harsh, but i learned from it, i understand how PA works and i built a couple really cool ones in the past

if he had just said flip the 3way and add a stop, i wouldnt have learned how to do it, or how to understand it. i learned how, im ok with that
