Reverse Epiphany, check it out!

Picked up an epiphany a while ago and put some miles on it 'til I upgraded.

It was just sitting around and I had some free time on the side. This ensued.

Removed the rubber parts and wet sanded with 600 then 800 grit sandpaper

First coat blue

Taped off the areas for the black. It was a B**ch to tape... so many curves

Putting on the clear coat

Added virtue eyes

Ta-dah!

1 of 1 Reverse Epiphany

Thanks bud! I suppose polishing a body would require more work, especially around those curves... how did that turn out for you?

The anno was initially the all black. I took off about half of it and it looked nice (except for marks in the body which need to be taken care of). Just need to get a couple of new buffing/polishing wheels so i can use separate compounds instead of being stuck with one. It takes quite a while. Might go your way and sand it away first.

If it was primer'd correctly, then it shouldn't have any issues as long as it's clear'd. Paint impacts may damage the clear over time though.

Thanks! Just used painters' touch, nothing special haha

....just crapped myself, I completely forgot about the primer Probably wouldn't matter much though since it's gonna be sitting pretty on my wall most of the time (if not always). Think of it as a retirement gift for a workhorse that's served me well for my beginner days
