Question For The Knife Aficionados

Alright, I am in the market for a new knife and need a little bit of help. I am willing to spend $150.00, no more.

Here are the specs I want:
No longer then 4in blade (overall length no more then 8in)
Foldable
Grip material does not concern me
Ridged blade (preferable, not necessary).
Blade material- S

Here is one in particular that I like:
Heckler & Koch34 Tactical Folder

All suggestions are appreciated.

No...
Best butterfly knife under $150 would definitely be a Benchmade, which is currently "Made in USA". And I'm not aware of ANY popular German or Japanese butterfly knife manufacturers. And balisongs aren't for everyone. I think he's looking more toward folders.

I retract my previous statement....

You are correct sir.

*bows head*

Benchmade is one of the best knife manufacturers on the planet.

Great butterfly knifes are make from them.

He's talking about neither. A Benchmade 42 is around $125.

- Butterfly or "Balisong" knife, a folding knife with a split
handle, did not have blade released by force of gravity or
application of centrifugal force, and did not constitute a
"gravity knife"... (1987).

I'm not sure if I'm getting what you're saying, but butterfly knives aren't "folders". I like them because they're fun as hell. Check out this vid:
