yes that is very true... i did a school essay on paintball arguing all these topics... why to people think its a violent sport when they dont know the first thing about it.
Paintball guns dont cause vandalism, vandals cause vandalism... it all depends on the vandals choice of destruction.

They can only ban the paintballing from town property only. It would take alot to ban it from the state.

Okay now I could be wrong but since when was court in session on saturdays?
Also since when did the courts make the laws? Wouldn't the "bill" have to be passed in your states legislative branch? So either you cant read or im just sound stupid.

Uhh mabye they should think about banning hands cause honestly a man on the street with fists is more dangorous than a marker........I'm 99.99% sure it wont get banned but, If it does you'll see a friggin uproar cause paintball in flordia is HUGE soo many people play (but then again all states really) I'm pretty sure the number of paintballers outnumber the *******s who want it to be banned I think they should go live in a ghetto neighborhood for a month or so I'll tell yah they don't know how good they have it........

i think its stupid, cause unless the people are shooting other people, if they shoot a house, car, ect. what damage does it really do other then makeing the people hose it off, only way it will realyl do damage is point blank

I lived in Florida for 16 years. Moved to Hawaii for 5 years. Now I'm moving back to Florida in Dec. This had better not be true. I'm sure it's bulls#it. That is a VERY POOR reason to ban this sport.
The topic starter said ruling in June. So WTF? Anyone live in Florida been to a field lately?

I realize that this is currently BS/shens/etc... But I do have to point out one thing. I'm a martial arts instructor. There is a select amount of items that I cannot get from some of my wholesalers in Cali due to bans of those items state wide. They can't get it in to distribute, I can't buy from them since it's controlled. It's not that far fetched that a state, such as Florida, can flex some muscle and ban markers state wide using that similar scenario.
