Anyway, so I haven't really worked out in a while and today, I figured, screw it, I'm teleworking and I'll do some planks while I'm reading off my laptop.
Last time I worked out, I was able to go 45 seconds before the shakes started. Now I can barely knock out 15 seconds ... wtf ...
