As said it was probably a preliminary result that will pan out to nothing, I did see the headline you speak of but it did not provide details.
I would hope it would be a superpartner, but that seems unlikely.

Really though why the hell is this thread in religion and philosophy? Science should not be paired with two subjects that have never produced a shred of empirical evidence.
