Minions wasn't banned for "telling the truth." Or even for telling a lie. He was banned for infraction accumulation and spamming News. If he hadn't done that, he would still be posting in this thread probably.
As this thread shows over and over, we don't mind people posting their opinion. However, as Lane showed pretty clearly, when the people involved actually post what they did, said or heard first hand, then it has a lot more weight to it.
Again, one more time, PbN hasn't deleted a single post in this thread.

I'm pretty excited either way. Seems the NPPL is a little slow on news right now. Considering we are paying entry and getting everything set up for HB it is a little scary not knowing exactly what paint will be there or prices for that.

This is quite a conundrum. While I do believe that you are a trustworthy source I also believe Lane and Hingeman are trusted sources as well. You have vested interest in the NPPL while Lane and Hingeman have interests in the PSP. It's difficult to say "Believe me, I know what I'm talking about" in this case because, while you do know what you're talking about, they do as well.
It's a classic case of two competitors saying conflicting things, while said things took place behind closed doors. Unless either you or Lane can bring forth evidence that supports your statement/contradicts theirs then we can't know for sure what is truth.

are we getting the whole story ? doubtfull on both sides since when folks have there own agenda/interests involved then the story gets muddled.
I for one have been a long time support of both procaps and Kee - however now that both have decided not to support NPPL - I have voted with my monies and just had the field owner where we practice place a order for our practice paint with Andy at Valken. its simple folks - get your practice paint through the vendor that supports your league. I'm sure kee and procaps will get the message if enough folks do this. I perfer muliptle paint vendors at events since ya never know which paint is going to work the best weather conditions. ya any even though our team name is redemption - ha I've never bought their paint nor gear before. our name was around before their line of paint was

I would say that being the coach of Dynasty, Hinman also has a vested interest in the NPPL.
I would also say that despite their differences, all of the above mentioned have vested interests in the success of tournament paintball.

Who cares? All I know is I get to play a bunch of national events. For that, thank you NPPL/PSP.
I'm sure there is truth to both sides. Do the details really matter? The merge/buy out is off. It was only a matter of time before paint companies had to start taking sides. Kee stepped up and took a side. They are hitching their wagon to PSP. Valken is the only paint company to step up, so far. From what I know (which is very little) any other paint company has the same opportunity to do the same. Don't blame one league or the other. You guys should be sounding off to the paint companies.
