As long as the tank isn't cracking from actual damage caused by you, I guarantee you that Ninja has you in their hands and will do everything they can to satisfy you bro!

Shipped my tank back to the manufacture today. Warranty process on Ninjas website was pretty painless. Once the form was filled out and submitted, it automatically generated a UPS shipping label. Just had to print it out and drop my tank off at a UPS location. I will post an update once my tank gets back.

Rec'd my tank back today, only took about 5 business days. Same tank I shipped ninja, but with a nice fresh coating. Not sure how the coating removal process works, but you can't tell any thing was done to it, looks fresh and new. Tank does oddly smell of chinese food? Thought at first that maybe ninja had shipped me an extra tasty treat, guess its just how the coating smells, odd. No complants at all on my end. The guys at Ninja are truly top notch. Thanks guys! Awesome customer service!

Good to hear you received your tank back. Some customers are calling in stating their tank looks better now than it did when they first bought it. I'm very happy to hear you guys are getting a better looking bottle back!
However, the odd chinese food smell is a new one for me lol. Yesterday, I heard cherries...but I haven't heard chinese food yet

Little known fact, the Ninja shipping department also doubles as the cafeteria. The boxes are used as tables and the minions tend to not clean up well after themselves.

I will have to have a talk with our shipping department about that. Least they could do is send a fortune cookie with it!

Send the bottle in when you have about a 2 week break in playing. turnaround time is only 3-5 days from the date they receive it. It will look a lot better than when you first bought it

When the tanks get a fresh new coating are the regulators removed for this process? I'm about to send in 2 tanks and would like the regs to be left off the tanks if they will be removed.

There is a notes section at the bottom of the warranty page where you can submit special requests like "Do not reinstall regulators on bottles but make sure to ship them back to me with the bottles"

Hi, hzuiel. I see you posted a bunch of pics. Did you get a chance to read through the thread and if so, do you need further assistance?

Yeah i was going to look on your site for how to send it in. It scared the living crap out of me when i saw it. I hurried up and degassed the tank and then started looking online.

If you're worried about safety, please make sure to call the company right away instead of waiting for a response online. That way, you get an answer sooner than later.
Btw, your tank is 100% safe so there's nothing to be scared about
