Imagine being a joe schmo in an office making 50k a year. The guy in the cubicle across from you is making 250k a year, although he hasn't done nearly the work that you've done, and doesn't have as much potential.

Yeah, you can live fairly well off of 50k, but if I were that joe schmo, I would be ****ting myself if I didn't get a BIG pay raise in the immediate future.

LT might be jobless until the Chargers Deuce him in the playoffs in 2 years unless he settles for a small contract.

Or someone is going to pay him way too much.

He's going to take a paycut wherever he goes, he knows that. I hope another team will give him a chance.

He's not willing to take one with the chargers because he feels he isn't being used right (taking away his carries), and this team choked, and he probably doesn't want to face the locker room after taking a paycut and admitting he's not the same back anymore.

But I'm still hoping he takes a paycut and stays here

But everyone is bashing him because he's complained there's too many "Me" players in the locker room. They're trying to say he complains too much.....when he is in the right imo. Because the chargers are always going out and partying. Apparently some players went to Vegas during the bye week before the Jets game. And there were also players partying the Friday before the game. And there were people (probably VJack) talking about their contract in the locker room before the Jets game.

If the Saints hadnt found such a wonder in Pierre Thomas, I would have expected to see him in New Orleans... but LT in New Orleans now is a big negative.

Bears hire the worst loser in the history of Football to Coordinate their defense. Not only that, but in 2008 when he was the Lions head coach he was responsible for a defense that allowed 404 YPG, worst in the NFL for at least 8 years(can't find stats that go back any further). It was one thing when they pissed into the wind and hired him to "coach" the d-line which actually looked worse this year then last, but then you go and PROMOTE him to d-coordinator? I've totally lost faith in this franchise. Shoulda just forced Lovie to "Coordinate" 1 more year since hes the ******* that got them in this situation in the first place. One more horrible decision by a front office that makes nothing but them.

Lovie will take over as president of football operations after this season. Have fun.

In my opinion, it is easily justifiable. If I needed a 4th grade school teacher I bet I could have a boat load of them by the end of the week. If I needed a 1,500 yard RB or 4,000 yard QB that is going to take a little while longer.
