Low pressure spring for geo

After taking my gun to cup and telling the eclipse tent that my gun wouldnt shoot over 275 they said they would have a look at it.

Found out from a different source that they were finiky with the myth reg being at 650 psi.

I went back to the eclipse tent and asked them if there was a low pressure spring, they said yes and that they would take out my stock one and put a low pressure one in.

Got it back, brought it home and no change. So i assume they just didnt put a low pressure spring in. No problem i'll try and source one as shooting 275 isint a huge disadvantage, and later finding out they aren't free.

I have tried the service center in RI that has pointed me in 3 different directions to source a spring. Neither of the two places (the service center said they wern't free and i couldnt buy one off them) ever got back to me after multiple e-mails and phone calls i couldnt get someone to sell me one.

So now i come to pbn and ask where else can i get one?

tl;dr : Multiple attempts to get a low pressure spring for geo and would like to know where to get one.

The stock spring is silver and the LP spring is a goldish color. That is the easiest way to distinguish the two that I know of. As Tagachi said the PE website IS your best bet for the spring.

You could also consider a new tank reg. Ninja makes theirs adjustable, and standard output of 800-850 PSI, which is what the Geo likes. (Cost is $33.XX)

thought about a new reg but i am tiny and a 48/45 with myth feels good

guess i'll hit up nicky, just dont like bothering people over little things.

No local store to bother about it. $40 is no fun though

You're going to notice a huge difference for the better with the LPR Spring and the 650 psi output.

You can go the alternative route to a LP spring. You can contact GA and ask/purchase a HP conversion kit for your Myth. It's about $16.00 plus shipping.

I had the same issue as you, I got the HP kit for my Myth reg, and still wasn't happy with how it shot on the Geo. I ended up getting a Ninja reg and couldn't be happier. It is 100x better than the Myth reg and I can shoot it down to <500 psi with no shootdown. Whereas my HP myth reg would crap out at 800psi.

I'm amazed that customers in the US are struggling to get Geo LP Springs if they require them, as we have them in stock in our Rhode Island office (and have had for months!).

Give the Sales department there a call on (401) 2479061 and they'll get you taken care of.

Everyone acquiring the Low Pressure Springs, " Make Sure You Turn The Pressure All The Way Down" after installing the new spring "Prior To Gassing Up The Marker." Once installed and gassed up readjust the HPR to bring it to required velocity.
