What system to bring to college?

I'm going off to college next year and I know I want to bring a game system with me. At first there was no doubt in my mind that i would bring my xbox 360 because thats what im used to and I already have games that I love for the xbox 360. Then I thought that if I brought my xbox 360 I would become antisocial and sit in my room all day and game by myself. So then I thought that maybe I'll bring a Wii to college because its a more social system, but Im not sure how much playability the wii games have over an extended period or if they will get boring and repetitive after only a month. I'm looking for advice and input from people who may be in college and have experience. What does st think?

EDIT: If you dont have one, buy one, and make sure you have 4 good controllers, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, and NFL Blitz

yea thats also what I was thinking, girls definetly will like Wii more than Xbox lol, and i can just get mariokart Wii that game is sick, and I cant bring both because Im about to be a college student so money is a huge factor.

haha, really? I've heard from a few friends that are in college that a wii would be the best system, i dont really see why thats so creepy, it makes me come off as a casual social gamer, as opposed to an addict which is what I would be if I brought like MW2 halo 3 and other hardcore games.

Nah, im just messin around. Not a lot of ppl at my school have Wii. The only game people play is smash, and those kids never leave their rooms. If you HAVE to choose between Wii and xbox, id say xbox beacuse its easier to play madden, fifa, nhl, stuff like that

bring both? wii is more fun to get drunk and play, 360 is more fun to play by yourself.

Everyone in my unit has an Xbox or some game system. We all are still social. Just don't go back from class to play it and don't lock yourself in your room and you'll be fine.

we have 3 xbox 360's, 2 PS3's and a Wii in my house where me and my 5 friends live. We are also known as a party house. It's possible to be social and still have any video game system you want...

but whoever said N64 for mario cart knows what the **** is up. But more preferably mario party. Play that while havin some drinks, let the girl be peach and by the end of the game she will be wet and hot. it's ****in weird.

xbox, with mw2 (for when you dont got anything else) then sports games and **** to play with your buddies

then pick up a cheap n64 and mario kart for the ladies, and drunk nights
