If you attacked them they could still sue you. My cousin has an apartment on the top floor of a building and somebody tried to break in through his ceiling window. Well the window was right above the kitchen and when the burglar tried to get in he fell onto the kitchen island and cut his arm up and sued my cousin for it.

rolf this kid i know had his car park in his driveway, and a drunk driver came and hit his car going like 80, and it hit his car into his neighbors car. He had to pay for the damage done to his neighbors car. haha
