The poppet is not sealing. You need to seat up the poppet. Make sure their is no grease on the cupface of the poppet between the poppet ad the valve. This may cause a leak. If u find out it is clean from lube then you have a poppet that has gone leaking.

We do not sell or manufacture parts for the V1 anylonger nor do we have any part for them.

Will the gun be accepted for trade in leaking? And without some of the stock accessories such as the barrel kit, half the allen keys and manual? I emailed customer service about the trade in but I figure I'd get a reply quicker here.

i used my creed over the weekend. it shot fine. then i go to shoot a couple pods through it today and it shows a ball in the breech even when there is not. so when i go to fire it an eye error occurs. so first thing i did was take off the eye covers and clean out the area (there was no dirt or debris blocking the eyes, but i did it for good measure).

any information on what to do will be much appreciated.

and yes i have unplugged the eye wires and plugged them back in.

edit: nevermind....i was messing with the settings and it seems that the eye sensitivity was too low. not sure why it worked fine on sunday, but didnt work today. shoots fine once again.

I just recently received my creed. I attempted to charge it and the charge indicator came on for 1-2 seconds and then went off. I removed the battery from the board for an hour and the same thing happens it will not charge. Please help.

Plugged in the portable charger and it work but not the outlet charger

Must have a bad charger then.
Please email customer service about this along with all your information on the marker.
Serial#
where, when you bought it?
Did you buy the marker new or used?
Have you registered the marker.

my creed is leaking a ton out of the back of the bolt and a couple of other places, how could i fix this?

Pull the bolt out of the marker and look down inside the ram tube. To the left you will see the front ofthe rammer. To the right you will see a white tail shaft of the poppet or a stainless steel tail shaft. Which one do you have?
Also what version creed is this?

Sounds like you blew the poppet oring.

Hey I'm consistently chopping the last ball in my hopper. Is there any settings that can fix this?

The last ball? sounds really weird, sometimes when i hold my gun my thumb hits the top button and it turns the eyes off while playing and ill chop a ball.

PLease As I have stated Before, This is a Closed Thread for Questions to be answered by Vanguard Employes. PLease DO not answer others Question in this thread as we do not want to Give the Wrong information that could effect the warranty of the marker or that may need to be warranty.

I want to thank all of you guys who want to help out as the Entire Vanguard Forum is yours to answer Question, But this is for People who are looking to talk Directly to the Manufacture about issue with the Markers and question they may have.
