But if someone wants to risk doing a 3rd party with someone else that isn't all that trustworthy, then that's there own fault.
As much as I would like to see this happen, PbN cannot do much of anything concerning who ships first during sales. They can only give recommendations.

The people doing the trade should make sure the 3rd party is legit. If someone wants to offer 3rd party services, fine, but both other parties should agree that the 3rd party is trustworthy for both of them.
